Cryopreservation and long-term storage |
Cells are cryopreserved in controlled-rate freezers using a 10% DMSO cryoprotectant solution, then transferred to liquid nitrogen vapor-phase storage at -196°C. Storage is billed annually. Each unit is assigned a unique barcode and physically audited every six months. |

Sample courier coordination |
For clients outside the Tokyo metropolitan area, we coordinate temperature-controlled courier pickup through our agreement with Yamato Transport's medical logistics division. Samples from Osaka, Nagoya, and Fukuoka typically arrive within 18 hours of pickup. |
